In our recent Theory of Knowledge (TOK) class, we talked about how technology affects learning. We found that technology gives us access to tons of information and resources, making learning more inclusive and allowing us to collaborate globally. Digital tools make research easier and more efficient, and interactive methods like virtual reality and simulations make learning more engaging. Assistive technologies also help people with disabilities.

But we also discussed some challenges, like information overload, data privacy issues, and unequal access to technology. Relying too much on digital tools can hurt our critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Technology can also be distracting and lead to academic dishonesty.

Reflecting on this lesson, we realized how important it is to balance the benefits and limitations of technology in our learning. It showed us the need for critical thinking and fair access to technology. This lesson inspired us to use digital tools more wisely and appreciate the balance needed for effective learning
